Blend in a food processor (Base)

  • Brazil nuts: 1/4 cup
  • Sunflower seeds: 1/4 cup
  • Dessicated Coconut: 1/2 cup
  • Coconut blossom nectar (Coconut syrup): 4 tbsp
  • Coconut oil: 2 tsp
  • Himalayan salt: 1/2 tsp

 

Blend (Cream)

  • Creamed coconut milk/coconut milk powder: 1 cup (drain water – but keep for another time)
  • Cream of coconut: 1/2 cup
  • Ginger: thumb piece
  • Camu-camu powder: 1 tsp
  • Lime: 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Maple syrup: 3-5 tsp
