Since I started My Kitchen Therapy (MKT) I’ve had many recipe related questions from men in particular.
Typically, men are reserved when it comes to opening up on topics around health and nutrition. There is a male bravado culture that stems from long traditions of “eating what is in front of you” or “eating what you’re given” – typically asserted from family members’ or relationship partners’. However, as we develop as a species, it is obvious that men desire to attain optimum wellness and nutrition into their diet. That being the case, I urge men to be open, transparent and honest with your health and not rely on someone / something else to make decisions on your behalf.
It’s cool to care about your health. You have the power, set the new male trend!
