This Acai Mousse is so creamy that you’ll forget it’s healthy!



For 2 people


  • Creamed coconut: 1 cup
  • Coconut milk: 2 cup
  • Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
  • Cashew butter: 2 tbsp
  • Carob syrup / alternative sweetener of your choice: 4 tbsp
  • Cacao butter: ¼ cup
  • Lime (juice): 2 tbsp



  • Acai Powder



Let the mousse set in the fridge for 30-45 minutes before digging in!
