Roses are red, but are blueberries blue?


Blueberry is full of the phytonutrient, anthocyanin which gives the fruit its deep blue to purple colour. These rich phytonutrients help protect you from harmful cancerous cells and decrease your cortisol levels which help to eliminate feelings of stress.


This Blueberry Cream can be eaten as a mousse or even as a tasty topping.


For 2 people


  • Creamed coconut: ½ cup
  • Coconut milk: 1 cup
  • Lucuma powder: 2 tbsp
  • Cashew butter / Whole Cashews: ½ cup
  • Lime (juice): 1 tsp



  • Blueberry freeze dried powder: 1 tbsp



Let the mousse sit in the fridge for up to 45 minutes for an even creamier taste!
