Cooking Time: 25 minutes
For 2 people
- Hot water
- Penne pasta: 2 cups
- Bring pasta to boil for up to 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and leave to cool.
- On a medium heat, apply two table spoons of coconut oil into a saucepan and combine the ingredients (except nutritional yeast) in the order shown above for 10 minutes.
- Add the boiled pasta and nutritional yeast last.
