Blend

  • Cashews: ¾ cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk: 1 cup
  • Cacao powder: 2-3 tbsp
  • Dates: ¾ cup
  • Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt: a pinch

 

Topping

 

Recommendation

  1. Blend enough cashews until the mixture is a thick, creamy consistency. Place in the fridge for up to 45 minutes for an even creamier taste!
  2. Gently heat ¼ cup pecans with 1 tbsp coconut sugar and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Once golden brown remove from heat, cool, crush and serve as a topping to the mousse.
