With these Energy Balls you will be ready for your big weekend and even the recovery!


For 2 People

Blend (in a food processor)

  • Oats (gluten free): ½ cup
  • Desiccated coconut: ½ cup
  • Sunflower seeds: ½ cup
  • Grapefruit: ½ cup (Juice)
  • Ginger: 1-2 thumb pieces
  • Dates: 1 cup
  • Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
  • Sea salt: a pinch



Roll into balls by rolling the mixture in a circular motion against the palm of your hand.


Enjoy straight away or store in the fridge or freezer for whenever you’re peckish!
