How can you say no to granola?


Granola is an absolute favourite in the Kitchen. This nutty combination provides a plethora of nutrient dense B-Vitamins to help metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins.


The dates provide the perfect sweet to savoury balance offering the granola a nutty taste with a chewy to crunchy texture.



For 4 people

Blend (In a food Processor)

  • Buckwheat (Gluten Free): 1 cup
  • Sunflower seeds: 1 cup
  • Walnuts: 1 cup
  • Dates: 1 cup
  • A pinch of sea salt



  • Pecans
  • Mixed fruits: tart to sweet




Sprout the buckwheat and nuts before blending and let dry or put into a dehydrator overnight for a crunchier taste.
