This recipe is deliciously free from dairy, gluten, sugar and 100% raw. Flapjacks have always been my childhood favourite treat. Now it’s time for you to bring the nostalgic joy back into your life!
For 2 people
Blend (In a food processor)
- Oats: ½ cup
- Walnuts: ¼ cup
- Sunflower seeds: ¼ cup
- Pomegranate: 1 whole (arils only)
- Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
- Sea salt: a pinch
Place into square moulds for that flapjack look!
