Brussel sprouts are not just great for Christmas but on any occasion. These cruciferous vegetables provide a plentiful amount of vitamin-K which promotes strong bones and teeth.


The darker the natural colour of the sprout the higher its nutritional value. For this reason the purple variety are highly recommended!


Here I combine red pepper, pistachios and pomegranate to create a nutty taste with a delicate hint of sweetness.

Lightly fry

  • Coconut oil: 3 tbsp
  • Brussel Sprouts: 1-2 cups
  • Red pepper: 1 whole (sliced)
  • Pomegranate (arils)
  • Himalayan salt: 1-2 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Crushed pistachios
