Blend (in a food processor):

  • Brazil nuts: 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds: 1/2 cup
  • Sunflower seeds: 1/4 cup
  • Freeze dried raspberry powder: 1 tbsp
  • Melted cacao butter: 1/4 cup
  • Dates: 10 – 14 (seed removed)
  • Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
  • Himalayan salt: a pinch
