Blend in a food processor

 

  • Beetroot: two (washed, cut tops and tails)
  • Chickpeas (soaked overnight / canned): 1 Cup
  • Himalayan salt: 1 tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp
  • Maple syrup: 1 tsp
  • Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek: 1/2 tsp
  • Tahini: 2 tbsp
